Grants of £500 – £15,000 are available to charities working in developing countries to advance women & girls’ education, employment & female empowerment.

The Coles-Medlock Foundation award grants of between £500 and £15,000 to UK registered charities that focus on girls in education and women in commerce priorities.

When assessing grant applications, charities must demonstrate the following points:
– Why there is a need for their work, why it is not currently being met and how they plan to address it
– The impact their work will have in terms of numbers of people helped and degree of improvement to those people’s lives
– What plans are in place to measure the qualitative and quantitative impact of the work
– A forecast budget for the work to show short-term and long-term sustainability
– The most recent annual report and accounts of the charity
