The Architectural Heritage Fund’s Heritage Revival Fund Project Viability Grants provide up to £20,000 to support early-stage feasibility and development work for community-led projects across England. The funding is designed to help organisations assess the condition, potential uses, financial viability and long-term sustainability of neglected, vacant or at-risk historic buildings.

Grants can be used to fund activities such as building surveys, professional consultancy, business planning, community engagement, options appraisals and other preparatory work needed to bring heritage assets back into productive use. The programme aims to empower communities to rescue and repurpose historic buildings for the benefit of local people.
