The Marjorie Coote Animal Charity Trust awards grants of up to £5,000 to UK registered charities which have as their main purpose the care and protection of horses, dogs or other animals or birds. 

The Trustees prefer applications where:

• Charities are registered in the UK and have up to date independently examined accounts.

• Charities clearly demonstrate an active re-homing and rehabilitation policy for rescued animals (unless endangered)

• Charities are involved with the conservation of wildlife and with the direct protection of endangered species

Deadline: Currently closed. Applications open once a year between 1st and 30th September.
