A free day of fundraising training, networking and expert funding advice for Kent & Medway charities and VCSEs.
Join us in Margate for our Funding Conference if you would like to develop fundraising skills, hear from funders who fund projects in this area, and receive one-to-one advice for the funding you are currently seeking.
You will also have the opportunity to have a one-to-one with our guest speakers, Philip and Connie Phillips Foundation, Kent Community Foundation, Colyer-Ferguson Charitable Trust, Charity Mentors Kent & Medway and Chris Knott Insurance, all bookable on the day. Thanet District Council will also be sharing updates with us on the Shared Prosperity Grant Fund.
There will be opportunities for networking, focused training on diversifying your fundraising, with a case study and lots of practical starting points and tips, plus a community fundraising workshop.
The day will open from 9.30am for registration, networking and refreshments. Training sessions and presentations from our guest speakers will run between 10am-1pm. There will be an hour for lunch, which will be provided, and the workshop will take place between 2pm and 3pm.
Open to all Kent and Medway charities, voluntary organisations, community groups and social enterprises including sports clubs, schools, PTAs and uniform groups.
