The Port of Dover Community Fund provides grants of up to £10,000 to charities, community groups and voluntary organisations delivering projects that benefit the Dover district. Since its launch in 2015, the fund has awarded over £1.3 million to local grassroots organisations.
Administered by Kent Community Foundation, the fund supports projects that:
- Develop skills and training opportunities
- Support pathways into employment and job creation
- Assist young people to reach their potential
- Strengthen community-led activities
- Enhance the social, cultural and environmental wellbeing of local communities
The fund aims to help make Dover an attractive, welcoming and thriving place to live, work and visit.
