Funding is available for organisations delivering high-quality, job coach-led careers education in both mainstream and SEND school settings. Programmes should embed employability skills, provide tailored vocational profiling, offer meaningful work experience and build early connections with employers. The aim is to help more young people with learning disabilities progress into sustained, paid employment.
