The Good Place to Live: New Beginnings Fund, delivered by Lloyds Bank Foundation, provides long-term support to local organisations working to prevent homelessness at key transition points in people’s lives.
The £8 million programme will support up to 50 organisations across England and Wales. It focuses on people at increased risk of homelessness, including care leavers, survivors of domestic abuse, people leaving prison, and people exiting the asylum system after being granted the right to remain.
Two levels of unrestricted funding are available:
- £100,000 over four years (£25,000 per year) for organisations with an annual income below £100,000
- £200,000 over four years (£50,000 per year) for organisations with an annual income between £100,000 and £2 million
Successful organisations will also receive organisational development support and access to skilled volunteers to help strengthen their work and long-term sustainability.
Deadline: Wednesday 9th September 2026, 5pm
