Thomas Wall Trust provides grants of up to £5,000 to UK charities supporting disadvantaged adults into employment through the development of communication and employability skills. Funding is available for projects that help beneficiaries gain an accredited vocational qualification and improve confidence, resilience, and workplace readiness.
Eligible charities must have been registered for at least three years, have an annual income of £25,000 to £500,000, and be based in the UK. Priority is given to projects supporting people facing significant barriers to employment, including women, disabled people, refugees, and those experiencing multiple disadvantage. Match-funded projects are particularly welcomed.
Applications are made in two stages, beginning with an Expression of Interest. Multi-year funding of up to three years may be available, subject to annual review.
