The Fidelio Charitable Trust makes grants of up to £5,000 to support the Arts, in particular music, including opera, Lieder, Composition and dance. The Trust looks to provide support for individuals (over the age of 21) or groups of exceptional ability, to enable them for example, to:

• receive special tuition or coaching (e.g. in the case of musicians to attend masterclasses)
• participate in external competitions
• be supported for a specially arranged performance
• receive support for a special publication, musical composition or work of art

Applications need to be supported by institutions, colleges, arts festivals and other arts organisations in the United Kingdom or by persons with recognised relevant expertise. Applications from individuals or groups seeking funding for themselves or their children without such support will not be accepted.

Deadline: Ongoing – applications are reviewed three times a year in spring, summer and autumn. See funder’s website for upcoming deadlines.
