Training & Workshop
- Evaluating & Measuring Impact: Discover the tools and techniques needed to demonstrate the good work.Being able to evaluate and measure the social impact your organisation is making will not only help you plan, manage and improve the effectiveness of your work, it can also make your organisation more attractive to funders, donors and beneficiaries. In this training session we will explore the tools and techniques needed in order to evaluate, measure and demonstrate your impact. We will cover: theory of change; measuring outcomes; measurement tools; involving service users and communicating your impact.
- EDI for Funding: Build in better EDI for transformative fundingImplementing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in your organisation goes beyond merely fulfilling a requirement from funders. It serves as a robust catalyst for initiating change. While the task may seem daunting, it’s more than just ticking off boxes on a form. It’s about creating a significant impact. Our interactive workshop demystifies EDI, providing strategic insights on how to embed these principles into your voluntary organisation. It’s not just about winning a bid, but profound transformation within your organisation, altering its structure and culture from the core. The integration of EDI opens doors to new perspectives, fostering a culture of respect and understanding. It paves the way for a more equitable and inclusive organisation, leading to a more productive and harmonious work environment.
Our Funding Conference is generously funded by Kent County Council’s Infrastructure Support Fund through Kent Community Foundation.
