Rochester Cathedral takeover – new ways to raise funds!
At Funding for All we know how tough fundraising can be, especially in the current economic climate, so we’ve decided to host our very own mass participation event to give groups new ways to raise vital unrestricted funds.
On Saturday 27th September, Funding for All will be taking over Rochester Cathedral to give groups two different ways to fundraise:
Lego Walk
A family-friendly challenge for your supporters, braving the brick walk and raising sponsorship for your organisation. Individuals or groups can book a place, then raise sponsorship directly for your charitable cause. Groups get to keep 100% of the sponsorship.
Entry fee: £18 per person
Makers Market
A craft and creatives fair just for charitable groups. Does your organisation make or sell items, or do you have talented supporters who do? Then book a stall at our Makers Market, being held in the Nave of the beautiful Rochester Cathedral. Stalls are heavily subsidised to enable all groups to take part and you get to keep 100% of the proceeds taken.
Stallholder Fees:
- For groups with an annual turnover under £100,000* a stall is £50 (plus £2 booking fee)
- For groups with an annual turnover over £100,001* a stall is £75 (plus £2.50 booking fee)
*as per your last filed accounts.
You can bring your own table but we have a limited number of tables (c. 6x2ft) are available to hire (£30 plus £1.50 booking fee) if you don’t. Access to the mains electricity supply may be available for an additional charge (TBC) and all items will need to be PAT tested. Battery operated items/cordless are not required to be PAT tested.
Funding for All believes passionately in community fundraising and understands that, for many groups, holding their own event isn’t possible. We have created this event to support charitable groups across the county by taking the strain of hosting an event, so you have none of the risk but all of the gain. All of the money you raise goes straight to your organisation.
All bookings are non-refundable after 26 June 2025.
