1. Membership Overview
FFA Buddies is a membership scheme operated by Funding for All, providing access to peer‑to‑peer support, digital resources, webinar recordings, and community engagement opportunities. Membership benefits are available only to active members during their paid subscription period.
Membership is individual and must not be shared with colleagues, partners, or external contacts.
2. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive community space.
By joining FFA Buddies, members agree to:
- Treat others with respect, kindness and professionalism
- Engage constructively in discussions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Help foster an atmosphere of peer support, not self‑promotion
- Not use the platform to offer services, promote marketing, or pursue personal or financial gain
- Recognise that the community exists to support fundraising and income generation, in line with Funding for All’s charitable purpose
- Value all forms of fundraising, including in‑kind contributions and community support, and share knowledge generously to strengthen the wider voluntary sector
- Maintain political neutrality within the platform and refrain from political campaigning or advocacy
We do not tolerate:
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism or any form of discrimination
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation or abusive behaviour
- Hate speech or inflammatory language
- Promotion or solicitation of commercial, political or personal services
Funding for All reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, if behaviour is found to be in breach of these standards.
3. Confidentiality
Members may share experiences, challenges and sensitive information within the community.
To protect all participants, members must:
- Respect the privacy of individuals and organisations
- Not share posts, screenshots, or discussions outside the membership space without explicit permission
- Not use community information for commercial or competitive purposes
4. Data & Privacy
Funding for All handles member data in accordance with UK GDPR and all relevant data protection legislation.
- Personal information is used for membership administration, communication and service delivery only.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
- Members may request access, correction or deletion of their data at any time.

5. Membership Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments:
- Membership fees are payable annually
- The membership term begins on the date of purchase and ends 12 months later
- Lifetime membership is a one‑off non‑refundable payment offering ongoing access
Renewals:
- Members will be notified 3, 2 and 1 month before renewal is due
- Renewal extends membership from the end of the existing term, regardless of early payment
Cancellations:
- Members may cancel their membership at any time
- Cancellation stops future charges
- Access continues until the end of the current paid period
Refunds:
- Due to immediate access to digital resources, no refunds are provided once membership access has been granted
- In line with UK consumer law, members have a 14‑day cooling‑off period, unless digital member-only materials have been accessed during that period
6. Use of Member-Only Content
All resources, templates, recordings and community content are provided for members’ personal organisational use only.
Members must not:
- Reproduce, distribute or publish resources outside their organisation
- Sell or share copyrighted materials
- Share login credentials or grant unauthorised access to others
Funding for All retains all intellectual property rights for materials produced by Funding for All.
7. Changes to Membership
Funding for All reserves the right to:
- Update, replace or remove membership content
- Adjust membership pricing with reasonable notice
- Modify these Terms & Conditions
Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
8. Platform Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access, but cannot guarantee 24/7 uptime. Funding for All is not responsible for:
- Temporary outages for maintenance or technical issues
- Loss of data due to factors outside our control
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
Membership provides guidance, peer support and shared learning. Funding for All:
- Does not guarantee funding success or specific outcomes
- Is not liable for decisions made by members or their organisations
- Is not responsible for the accuracy of information shared by other members
Members remain fully responsible for their actions and organisational decisions.
