On Wednesday 12th November 2025, Funding for All was proud to host the KCC Infrastructure Support Conference, bringing together Kent’s voluntary sector to celebrate collaboration and the impact of Kent County Council’s Infrastructure Support Fund.
The event welcomed 20 organisations from across the county for a day of learning, networking, and practical support. Attendees explored the wide range of resources available through the Kent Infrastructure Partnership (KIP) – a collaboration of key organisations working to strengthen voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) groups in Kent.

Highlights included:
- Training sessions on income diversification and corporate fundraising.
- Interactive workshops led by KIP partners, covering:
- CEO Toolkit with Stronger Kent Communities
- Strategy Support with Charity Mentors Kent & Medway
- The Vision for Volunteering with Imago Community, Kent Coast Volunteering and Canterbury District Volunteer Centre
- Community Fundraising and Crowdfunding with Funding for All
- Income Generation with CAP Enterprise CIC and Social Enterprise Kent
A key moment of the day was the announcement of the KIP Roadmap, presented by Justin Byrd (Charity Mentors Kent & Medway) and Jason Martin (CAP Enterprise CIC). This new online resource is a one-stop shop for finding support in your district and is now live – https://fundingforall.org.uk/our-partners/
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Kent County Council and Kent Community Foundation, whose funding and belief in collaboration have made these achievements possible. Their commitment to strengthening our sector is the foundation for everything we celebrated.
