Marshall’s Charity’s Church Restoration Grant awards grants of between £3,000 and £25,000 to Anglican churches within the dioceses of:

  • Canterbury
  • Guildford
  • Lincoln
  • Southwark

 

Churches within the diocese of Rochester need to consult the diocese directly.

While grants are for building projects, Trustees want to support projects where the building works will benefit the mission and ministry of the church.

Eligible repairs include:

  • roof repairs
  • tower repairs
  • stonework
  • church floors
  • new heating and lighting
  • new toilets
  • adaptations for disabled access
  • reordering including kitchen facilities, as long as they are within the footprint of the church building
  • sound systems
  • rewiring
  • mullions (not glazing)

 

Deadline: Ongoing. Applications are reviewed three times a year
